Our son Dominic in San Francisco has a new hobby – making sushi. Not one I would have picked given his “always on the go” nature. However I’ll take it and we enjoyed eating and sharing his new interest with us.

We went to a Japanese market in Oakland with him to buy some ingredients.

And I thought you could buy pretty much soya sauce or soya source. I couldn’t believe the rows and rows of ingredients. Many more than this sample.
